Digital Product — Sales Are Final

FPS Vault is downloadable software with digital license-key access and a growing library of overlay templates. Because access is delivered digitally and can be activated immediately, purchases are generally final and we do not offer refunds for change of mind, accidental purchase, failure to review the product, or dissatisfaction with a feature that was accurately described before purchase.

Review Before Purchasing

Before buying, please review our website information, supported-games list, documentation, YouTube demonstrations and customer reviews. Where a demo or compatibility information is available, use it to check FPS Vault on your own computer and games before purchasing.

Software Purpose and Compatibility

FPS Vault is designed to provide FPS and hardware monitoring together with ready-made and customizable overlay templates. Results can vary by computer, game, graphics API, security software and anti-cheat protection. A game-specific limitation or unsupported protected title does not automatically qualify for a refund when the software and its other advertised functions remain usable.

Exceptions

We will review duplicate charges, fraudulent or unauthorized payments, failure to deliver a valid purchased license, and any refund required by applicable consumer law or by our merchant-of-record obligations. Nothing in this policy removes rights that cannot legally be excluded.

Chargebacks and License Status

If a payment is refunded, reversed or charged back, the related FPS Vault license may be revoked and activated devices may lose access. Fraudulent payment activity, key sharing and unauthorized resale may also result in account or license suspension.

Technical Support

If you have an activation, installation or overlay problem, contact FPS Vault Support. We will first help diagnose the issue and provide an available fix, compatibility guidance or workaround.
