Help

Troubleshooting Common Issues

FPS overlay is not appearing in the game
Confirm that FPS Vault is running, an overlay is selected and the show/hide hotkey is configured. Update FPS Vault and your graphics driver, then restart the application and game. Some protected or unsupported games may prevent the overlay from appearing.
GPU, CPU or temperature data is missing
Hardware sensor availability depends on your GPU, CPU, driver and system configuration. Update your drivers, reopen FPS Vault and verify that the required sensor is enabled in the overlay editor.
The downloaded overlay does not import
Download the template again from your FPS Vault account or Marketplace, keep the original file format and make sure you are using the latest application version.
License or demo activation is not working
Check your internet connection and sign in with the same FPS Vault account used to activate the demo or purchase the license. If the issue continues, contact support with the relevant account and diagnostic information.
The game crashes or behaves unexpectedly
Close the game, update FPS Vault and check the supported-games information. Do not force overlay operation in protected games. Contact support with the game name, launcher, graphics API and relevant diagnostic log details.
